Through the looking glass...

Vacant Storefront Display Initiative

Adding to the vibrancy of the City's core, Main Street Concord and downtown property owners are dressing-up vacant storefront windows.

Area artists, nonprofits and local business are invited to join in by creating temporary window displays to be featured on a rotating basis in select Main Street storefronts.

Would you or someone you know benefit from this uniquely advantageous and no-cost marketing opportunity?

Submit your completed sign up form to info@mainstreetconcord.com to get on the list!

Street Closings

Main Street Concord regularly notifies all downtown constituents whose email addresses we have about upcoming street closing and parking bans.

We'll let you know about closings for Concord Hospital Rock 'N Race, 2010 Multi-Cultural Festival and our own events— Market Days, Halloween Howl and Midnight Merriment, too.

Don't find yourself surprised by detours or worse by discovering your car was towed!

RE-THINK IN PROGRESS...

Next public meeting will be September 21st, 6-8pm at Red River Theatres. Please join us!

Re-Thinking Main Street is a partnership in which Main Street Concord, Concord 2020, and the City of Concord have begun to think big in order to drive more economic activity, expand the tax base and bring greater balance to the many ways we enjoy downtown Concord.

Re-Thinking Main Street

Your stake in a reconsidered Main Street is too great not to be part of the conversation. To help with this, please subscribe to our twice-monthly e-news or find us on Facebook and stay tuned for future public meetings.
